ABOUT US

.......  30 years old and still going.................

We are a group of some 70 Bell Ringers all associated with The Open University, past and present.

Our members live in many parts of the UK and we try and arrange meetings to suit this scattering.

The Society was founded back in 1979 (see the HISTORY page), and we now meet about 4 or 5 times a year for single day events. From time to time, we also arrange week-end events too. Recently, about 20 members enjoyed a well organised week-end visit to North Devon, which included a pleasent visit to Lundy Island (where we rang 3 quarters in addition to general ringing).
